Conditions

Italian law applies to sales contracts.
If you are a resident of another country, the law of your country of residence applies.

The price of each product presented is available in Euros and the prices of the items are gross (20%), i.e. VAT included.
The price of transport must be added to the price of the item shown in the cards. The goods shipped are accompanied by an accompanying invoice, which contains the list of all items and the total value.
Under no circumstances will invoices be issued after the material has been shipped.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal or reconsideration in accordance with the regulations provided for by Legislative Decree 185/1999, by notifying us immediately by e-mail and sending back the purchased product within 10 working days from the date of receipt, in intact packaging.
The shipping costs incurred to return the product to us are non-refundable. In any case, once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the date of shipment of the product by you.

palemasport.it reserves the right to process orders, even partially, in the event of a lack of stock in the warehouse, by recalculating the value of the cart and keeping the shipping conditions on your electronic receipt unchanged

Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the purchaser declares to have carefully examined and approved the Terms of Sale set out herein.

In addition:
the promotion and/or marketing of products bearing third-party trademarks shall not be understood as a license to use such trademarks;
the publication of trademarks as well as photos of the products and their packaging is merely descriptive of the offer;
The ownership of the aforementioned trademarks and copyrights lies with their respective owners.
